Cancellation/Refund

You can return products ordered from Wigglesteps within 14 days from the delivery date to you or the person/organization at the address you indicated, provided that they are unused and their packaging is intact, without stating any reason.

To initiate your return process, you must inform us via e-mail at info@wigglesteps.com.

After informing Wigglesteps Customer Service about your return request with your order number, we kindly ask you to send the product(s) along with your invoice, unused and with undamaged packaging.

The conditions for returns are as follows:

  • We kindly ask you to send the product you wish to return to the return address specified by Wigglesteps, along with its original invoice, unused and with undamaged packaging.
  • If the invoice for the product you wish to return has been issued to an organization, it must be sent together with a return invoice issued by the organization. Otherwise, the return process cannot be completed.
  • Returns of products with damaged original boxes/packaging, cargo labels affixed to the box, or taped with cargo tape are not accepted. Products received in this manner will be sent back to the sender with freight payable by the sender.
  • If any, all standard accessories of the product must be sent undamaged and complete with their original packaging.
  • Returns of used or altered clothing products are not accepted.
  • Returns/exchanges are not made for products where the hygiene strip has been removed from underwear and swimwear.

Please open and check packages that you think have been damaged during shipment in front of the delivery company official. If there is any damage to the product, do not accept the product and have the cargo company prepare a report. Please remember that once the product is accepted, you are deemed to have accepted that the cargo company has fully fulfilled its duty.

In cases where any opening, deterioration, breakage, destruction, tearing, use or similar situations are detected in the product and its packaging, and if the product cannot be returned in the condition it was delivered to the customer, the product will not be accepted for return and its price will not be refunded.

After your product is received by Wigglesteps, its compliance with the return conditions stated above will be checked. If the return process is approved, the product price will be refunded to you within 2 business days from the approval notification sent to your e-mail address, in accordance with your payment method. If your return is not suitable for the return conditions, the relevant product will be sent back to your address by cargo with the shipping fee payable by you.

You will be informed via e-mail when the product price refund process is completed. If the payment method is 'Bank Transfer/EFT', the money will be refunded to the IBAN account you specified in the notification. For credit card payments, the product price is refunded to the credit card you used for payment. If you paid in installments, your refund will also be made in proportion to your installment amount. The time it takes for your refund to be reflected in your statement varies depending on your bank. You can get detailed information from your bank if there is a delay. You will be informed via e-mail when the product price refund process is completed.

If you used a discount coupon in your order, it will be re-defined to your account during the return process. The remaining usage period of the discount coupon on the date your order was placed will restart with the return process to be made.

Exchange

You can exchange products ordered from Wigglesteps within 30 days from the delivery date to you or the person/organization at the address you indicated, provided that they are unused.

To initiate your exchange process, we kindly ask you to inform us via e-mail at info@wigglesteps.com.

If the product you want is available in our stock, the exchange process will be completed within 3 business days.
